Marketing Content Manager
**Role Summary**
Drive the creation, management, and distribution of marketing collateral and enablement assets for a high‑growth media and advertising business. Develop compelling content, thought‑leadership materials, and sales tools that support the Local Sales team and amplify brand visibility across integrated marketing and digital initiatives.
**Expections**
- 2+ years in B2B or media marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
- Proven track record of producing written content, storytelling, decks, and collateral for commercial audiences.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Showpad) and comfortable maintaining internal content libraries.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, organised, proactive, and results‑focused.
- Agency background or experience across multiple sectors is an advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain sales collateral, decks, and campaign assets, integrating sector insights, seasonal themes, and data‑driven narratives.
- Update and curate internal platforms (Showpad, etc.) with current product materials, audience metrics, and case studies.
- Develop thought‑leadership pieces, whitepapers, and a central knowledge hub for the Local Sales team.
- Produce partnership and event marketing assets, toolkits, and messaging for trade events and co‑marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, CRM, and Sales teams to synchronize offline activations and online campaigns.
- Analyze commercial data, audience research, and market trends; translate findings into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing.
- Identify and assess new sector opportunities through ongoing market analysis.
**Required Skills**
- Content creation & storytelling (writing, editing, design layout).
- Presentation development (PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (Showpad, Highspot, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Project management, prioritisation, and deadline‑driven execution.
- Cross‑functional relationship building and stakeholder influence.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Sales Enablement are desirable.
