Job title: Manager, Account Management (Southern Europe) Role Summary: Lead and develop a high‑performance team of 3‑5 Account Managers focused on expanding revenue from existing enterprise and mid‑market accounts. Drive upsell, cross‑sell, and retention initiatives, while coaching, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. Align with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution and customer success. Expectations: - Achieve quarterly/annual quota against pipeline targets. - Maintain and grow net retention rates. - Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reports. - Support 25% travel to client sites, events, and sales meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews for Account Managers. - Design and execute strategic account plans for revenue expansion. - Mentor team on pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment. - Identify expansion opportunities, mitigate churn, and secure multi‑year agreements. - Report weekly revenue status, pipeline health, and executive championing needs. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Support, Presales, Engineering, and Development to align GTM strategies. - Maintain accurate CRM data and use analytics to inform sales strategy. Required Skills: - 5+ years of SaaS enterprise or mid‑market sales experience as an individual contributor. - 1–2 years of formal management or team‑lead experience in sales funnel and quota management. - Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred). - Strong analytical, planning, and organization skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities. - Fluency in English; required proficiency in French and either Spanish or Italian. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). No specific certifications required.
