Job Description

**Job Title** Cybersecurity Project Manager / Project Information Security Officer (H/F) **Role Summary** Serve as the project‑level Information Security Officer (RSSI Projet), overseeing all cybersecurity activities across the project lifecycle—from design through delivery—to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and system certification for high‑criticality transport, telecom, and industrial projects. **Expectations** - Senior‑level professional with proven experience leading cybersecurity for critical‑infrastructure projects. - Minimum 5–7 years of progressive responsibility in cybersecurity project management. - Fluent in English (professional working proficiency). **Key Responsibilities** - Define and drive the project cybersecurity strategy and governance. - Lead the creation of key deliverables: Cybersecurity Assurance Plans (PACS), risk analyses, system security studies, system and flow cartographies, and MCS procedures. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (LPM, ANSSI industrial references). - Plan, execute, and monitor organizational and technical security controls. - Conduct cybersecurity audits of platforms, facilities, and suppliers; manage corrective action plans. - Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison with the client, project teams, suppliers, and partners. - Promote security awareness and embed security best practices across the project. **Required Skills** - In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (LPM, ANSSI for industrial systems). - Expertise in project‑level Information Security Officer roles and system certification processes. - Strong audit skills and experience with corrective action management. - Familiarity with industrial and telecom architectures. - Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Industrial Systems, or Telecommunications. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent are highly desirable.
