Collaborate across engineering, product, and QA to scale the application, improve performance, and maintain code quality while participating in the full feature lifecycle from concept to deployment. **Expectations** - Deliver new features and enhancements on time and to specification. - Write clean, testable code in vanilla JavaScript and Vue.js. - Ensure UI components meet accessibility and performance standards. - Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and seek help when needed. - Continuously improve development processes and share knowledge with peers. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and refactor Vue.js components and associated JavaScript logic. - Write unit tests (Jest) and end‑to‑end tests (Cypress/Playwright) to guarantee reliability. - Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration and data handling. - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and sprint planning. - Optimize rendering performance and maintain a clean DOM structure. - Track feature progress through idea, development, deployment, and post‑release stages. **Required Skills** - 2+ years as a commercial software engineer with a strong focus on front‑end development. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience building applications with Vue.js. - Solid understanding of unit testing, E2E testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git). - Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance best practices. - Good communication, teamwork, and ability to break large problems into manageable tasks. **Bonus Skills** - Agile/ Scrum experience on large products. - Experience with C#, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure or related .NET stack. - Prior work in the professional services industry or complex web interfaces with large DOMs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. ---
