Job Description: **Job Title** Analyst – FTC 12 Month **Role Summary** Support the Dividend Watch service delivery team by identifying, designing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline and optimise manual tasks related to claims management, client reporting, and data analysis. Use Python, Alteryx, and RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere) to build, deploy, and maintain efficient workflows, enabling the team to focus on high‑value client interactions. **Expectations** - Deliver functional, scalable automation solutions within agreed timelines. - Collaborate with service delivery staff to map current processes and define improvement opportunities. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. - Maintain rigorous data quality and documentation standards. - Adhere to service delivery and client‑service standards in all automation activities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Analyse existing claims‑management and reporting processes. 2. Identify and prioritise automation opportunities using Python, Alteryx, and RPA tools. 3. Design, develop, and test automated workflows for routine tasks (claims updates, client reporting, data analysis). 4. Deploy and monitor deployed solutions, troubleshooting and refining as needed. 5. Document process maps, technical specifications, and user guides. 6. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to meet evolving business needs. 7. Train and support service‑delivery team members on new automated tools and procedures. **Required Skills** - Strong programming in Python (data handling, automation). - Hands‑on experience with Alteryx – workflow creation, data blending, and macros. - Proficiency in an RPA platform such as Automation Anywhere (or similar). - Ability to model business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design logical solutions. - Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills. - Detail‑oriented with experience managing high‑volume data sets. - Good written and verbal communication, able to explain technical solutions to non‑technical audiences. - Adaptable, quick learner, and self‑motivated to continuously improve processes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications preferred: Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional, Alteryx Designer Core (or equivalent), or Python development certificates.
