Expectations: Deliver functional and technical solutions within scope and budget, drive user adoption, and support commercial activities such as RFP responses. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose current ServiceNow platform; analyze business and IT processes, identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities. - Co‑create a realistic, prioritized roadmap that incorporates technical and organizational dependencies. - Enforce ITIL, ServiceNow best practices, and governance rules to guarantee solution quality and sustainability. - Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders, capture and prioritize requirements, and produce detailed user stories with traceability. - Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, define acceptance criteria, and oversee functional testing. - Create and maintain functional documentation, design training materials, and support end‑user onboarding. - Implement change management activities to maximize user adoption and satisfaction. - Contribute to pre‑sales: draft responses to RFPs and provide technical/functional support during the sales cycle. Required Skills - 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in ITSM/ESM transformation projects. - Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices. - Expertise in writing user stories, leading functional workshops, and managing functional tests. - Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). - Proactive, rigorous, autonomous, customer‑focused, with excellent listening, communication, and pedagogical abilities. - Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) is an added advantage. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor's or Master’s degree (engineering, university, or equivalent). - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent ServiceNow certification preferred.
