**Job Title**
Technical Leader ServiceNow
**Role Summary**
Lead the technical strategy and delivery of ServiceNow solutions within an enterprise context. Validate technology choices, enforce development standards, ensure high performance, security, and maintainability, and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
**Expectations**
- 5–8 years of ServiceNow experience, majority in technical development.
- Proven leadership in a technical or coaching role.
- Required certifications: CSA, CIS (at least one module such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, or WSD), CAD.
- Fluent in technical English.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Validate technical decisions aligned with the organization’s ServiceNow strategy.
2. Define, document, and enforce development, configuration, and integration standards.
3. Conduct code reviews and maintain adherence to best practices (ATF, update sets, Flow Designer, etc.).
4. Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.
5. Mentor and coach ServiceNow developers, acting as the technical point of contact for complex issues.
6. Promote reusability, reduce technical debt, and support clean code principles.
7. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions; collaborate with architects and project managers.
8. Communicate technical impacts and constraints to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSM, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal, Integration Hub.
- Proven experience integrating systems via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Strong communication and teaching skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Leadership and mentoring aptitude; team‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑driven.
- Technical English proficiency.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – at least one module (ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, WSD).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
