Job Description: Job Title: Back‑End Engineer (F/H) Role Summary: Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor and support scalable, secure backend services in a regulated energy‑tech environment. Work closely with product and engineering leadership to deliver sustainable, production‑grade solutions. Expactations: • Oversee end‑to‑end backend feature delivery • Mentor junior engineers and uphold coding standards • Collaborate across feature and platform teams to align on scope, feasibility and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, unit‑test and deploy backend services in Kotlin/SpringBoot, Go or Python. - Apply hexagonal architecture and DDD principles to build modular, maintainable systems. - Manage database (PostgreSQL) schema, migrations and performance. - Configure, monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP/GKE, Pub/Sub, and Grafana. - Participate in architecture reviews, risk assessments and compliance checks. - Improve development workflows, documentation and engineering practices. - Provide technical guidance and scope‑impact analysis for new features.
