Job Description

**Job Title:** Frontend Engineer – AI Observability & Evaluation Platform **Role Summary:** Design, code, and ship high‑performance, reusable user‑interface components for a web‑based observability and debugging platform built on React and TypeScript. Collaborate with backend, full‑stack, and UX teams to translate wireframes into clean, maintainable code and ensure optimal performance across all browsers and devices. **Expectations:** - Deliver scalable, maintainable front‑end solutions in a fast‑paced, product‑centric environment. - Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Take ownership of feature quality, performance, and end‑to‑end user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop new user‑facing features using React and TypeScript. - Build reusable component libraries for internal use. - Implement responsive layouts and optimize rendering for web‑capable devices. - Translate design mock‑ups and wireframes into pixel‑perfect code. - Integrate with REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers. - Apply modern authentication (JWT) and security best practices. - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. - Work with UX/UI designers to refine usability and visual fidelity. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years of front‑end development with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Proficiency in modern build tools (Babel, Vite, Webpack, NPM, Yarn). - Experience with RESTful API consumption and integration. - Knowledge of token‑based authentication (JWT). - Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design. - Ability to write clean, testable, and well‑documented code. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Self‑motivated, ownership mindset suitable for a startup or high‑growth tech environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
