**Job Title:**
Salesforce Administrator
**Role Summary:**
Senior Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience. Own daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of a large Salesforce environment. Design scalable solutions using native Salesforce features and enforce data integrity and security. Integrate Salesforce with the Go‑to‑Market tech stack (Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Gong, CPQ, etc.) and automate Lead‑to‑Cash processes. Translate stakeholder requirements into user‑friendly system updates, provide tier‑1 support, and manage sandbox and deployment pipelines.
**Expectations:**
* Expert in Flow Builder, Object Manager, Role/Profile Management, Reporting/Dashboards, and complex Formula fields.
* 2+ years managing connected GTM applications.
* Deep knowledge of the Lead‑to‑Cash lifecycle.
* Proven ability to design scalable security models and permission strategies.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and prioritization skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication with non‑technical stakeholders.
* Self‑motivated, works independently, manages multiple projects, and thrives in fast‑paced, growth environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce.
2. Enforce data integrity and security controls (Roles/Profiles/Sharing Rules).
3. Design and implement scalable native solutions (Flows, Validation Rules, Permissions).
4. Integrate and synchronize data between Salesforce and GTM tools (Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Gong, CPQ).
5. Build declarative automations to reduce manual entry and improve Lead‑to‑Cash workflows.
6. Translate complex business requirements into system updates and workflows.
7. Serve as primary tier‑1 support for user access, troubleshooting, and enhancement tickets.
8. Manage sandbox environments and deployment pipelines for updates and new features.
**Required Skills:**
* Salesforce Administration (Flow Builder, Object Manager, Role/Profile Management, Reporting/Dashboards, Formula fields).
* Integration of GTM applications (Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Gong, CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clari).
* Lead‑to‑Cash lifecycle expertise.
* Secure scalable architecture design (security models, permission strategies).
* Analytical, problem‑solving, root‑cause investigation.
* Prioritization, multitasking, project management.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Independent, proactive task management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).
* Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant B2B‑SaaS certifications are a plus.
