Job Description: Job title: Senior Software Engineer – Java/.NET Tech Lead Role Summary: Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for a small development team focused on building high‑quality software solutions in Java or .NET, supporting digital invoicing and payment services. Expectations: Lead a team of 5 developers, make critical architecture and technology decisions, enforce coding standards, collaborate cross‑functionally, solve complex technical problems, and continuously improve development practices.
