**Job title:** Senior Content Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the creation and execution of high‑impact, technically‑focused content that educates, engages, and converts security engineers, platform teams, and technical decision‑makers. Own end‑to‑end content production across blogs, email, social, ads, case studies, videos, and repurposing of existing assets to support demand‑generation and revenue objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver consistently high‑quality, data‑driven content that drives pipeline metrics.
- Maintain a robust network of internal and external subject‑matter experts.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Use performance analytics to iterate and improve content effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Produce original, engaging content tailored to highly technical audiences across multiple channels (blogs, emails, social, ads, case studies, videos).
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop campaign assets that support pipeline and revenue targets.
- Identify, interview, and coordinate with internal and external experts to generate unique, technically sound material.
- Manage content calendars and timelines, ensuring steady delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Analyze engagement, SEO, conversion, and campaign data to optimize content strategy and execution.
- Repurpose technical documentation, product updates, webinars, and customer stories into buyer‑journey content.
- Stay current on product developments, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform content direction.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic content planning and execution for B2B SaaS, especially in security/IT infrastructure.
- Technical writing and storytelling for non‑technical and technical audiences.
- SEO best practices, keyword research, on‑page optimization.
- Email marketing, social media strategy, and paid media content development.
- Basic video production/editing or coordination with video teams.
- Data analysis and interpretation using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Project management, timeline ownership, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and self‑direction in a fast‑moving environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive content marketing experience, 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Certifications preferred: HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO/Content Marketing Institute, or equivalent technical communication credentials.
