Job title: AI Engineer and Data Scientist
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and deploy data‑driven AI solutions to enable clients to transform large, structured and unstructured data into actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders, build predictive models, implement machine learning pipelines, and evaluate performance through rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Expectations:
- 3+ years of experience in statistical programming (Python) for predictive modeling, quantitative analysis, and data visualization.
- 2+ years focused on AI disciplines such as machine learning, agentic AI, or NLP.
- 1+ year of software development experience, including Git-based version control, testing, and code reviews.
- Proven ability to conduct A/B tests to measure model impact on business outcomes.
- Familiarity with large‑scale data handling (SQL, Spark) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Salesforce).
- Eligibility for a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination and willingness to undergo a U.S. government investigation when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to gather requirements and translate business problems into data science tasks.
- Clean, preprocess, and engineer features from large datasets.
- Build and validate machine learning models using frameworks such as Scikit‑Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Design and execute A/B tests to benchmark model performance and quantify impact.
- Package models into production‑ready pipelines, integrating with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Monitor model performance post‑deployment and iterate as necessary.
- Ensure code quality through version control, testing, and peer reviews.
Required Skills:
- Python programming (efficient, clean, maintainable code).
- Machine learning libraries: Scikit‑Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Statistical analysis, data preprocessing, feature engineering.
- Database querying with SQL; big data tools (Spark).

Required Education & Certifications:
