Job Description

Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer Role Summary: Lead the design and development of user‑centric, high‑performance interfaces for a scalable fintech platform, collaborating closely with product management, design, and backend teams to deliver clean, maintainable code. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready code that meets security, performance, and accessibility standards; mentor junior developers; actively participate in architecture and design discussions; continuously improve the front‑end codebase and tooling. Key Responsibilities: - Build reusable, well‑tested UI components using React and TypeScript. - Extend and maintain the design system, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility. - Optimize rendering performance and overall application speed. - Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences. - Contribute to architectural decisions, tooling, and best‑practice guidelines. - Review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality. - Stay current with emerging front‑end technologies and industry trends. Required Skills: - 5+ years in commercial front‑end development with React and TypeScript. - Strong grasp of modern UI frameworks (e.g., Ant Design) and component‑based architecture. - Deep understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG). - Experience optimizing web performance (code splitting, lazy loading, caching). - Proficiency in unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library). - Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
