Job title: Associate Marketing Specialist, Events
Role Summary: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mainline apparel brand events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Expectations: Deliver high‑impact events on schedule and within budget, collaborating across internal teams and external agencies; continuously incorporate performance data and trend insights to improve future activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all mainline events for the brand, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand strategy.
- Develop and maintain event project timelines, briefs, call sheets, and ROS documents.
- Manage vendor relationships, venue sourcing, contracts, and logistics for in‑person and virtual events.
- Build and monitor event budgets in partnership with Brand Marketing teams.
- Track and report on KPIs, post‑event performance metrics, and learnings.
- Coordinate promotion and promotion extensions with internal Marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Talent, PR, Social, Creative, Product, Visual, Stores, Asset Protection, Legal, and Brand Strategy teams for seamless integration.
- Partner with external agencies for strategy, creative, and execution support.
- Benchmark competitor events and industry trends, applying insights to internal processes.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven end‑to‑end event management and project coordination.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent inter‑departmental and external stakeholder communication.
- High attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive under fast‑paced, fluid environments.
- Knowledge of current experiential marketing trends and consumer expectations.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
