**Job Title** HR Specialist – TUPE & Change **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end management of UK‑wide TUPE and business change projects for a remote, people‑centric HR Shared Services team. Provide legal compliance, drive positive outcomes, and serve as the primary point of contact for all change activity across the organization. **Expectations** - Short‑term contract (approx. 4 months) - Remote or hybrid working arrangement - Full‑time or part‑time hours as agreed **Key Responsibilities** 1. Act as the key liaison for all TUPE and change initiatives, communicating with sector HR leads and stakeholders. 2. Project‑manage end‑to‑end TUPE and change activities, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed within legal timeframes and quality standards. 3. Oversee the consultation process: prepare, distribute, and close consultation paperwork. 4. Compile and report metrics to inform decision‑making, demonstrate project success, and identify improvement areas. 5.
