Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Scrum Master (F/M) **Role Summary:** Serve as an embedded Scrum Master within multi‑team project environments, driving the adoption of Agile practices, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring smooth collaboration across technical and business units. **Expectations:** Minimum 4 years of proven Scrum Master experience in demanding IT settings, strong leadership and facilitation capabilities, and fluency in managing cross‑team dependencies and complex interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Coach teams on Scrum principles, promote continuous improvement, and resolve impediments. - Track sprint commitments, monitor progress, and define meaningful metrics. - Coordinate inter‑team dependencies, ensuring alignment with functional and technical stakeholders. - Maintain consistency of changes against existing infrastructure and processes. - Communicate effectively with internal and external parties, clarifying priorities and resolving conflicts. - Support decision making and contribute to strategic prioritisation. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools. - Strong facilitation and workshop skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to manage complex dependencies across multi‑team environments. - Natural leadership and collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering) – preferred. - Agile certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) highly appreciated.
