Job Title: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Lead and execute a high‑impact social media and influencer strategy for a luxury beauty brand, combining hands‑on content creation with commercial analytics to drive brand growth across organic and paid channels.
Expectations:
- Own day‑to‑day management of all key social platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with launches, campaigns, and the brand calendar.
- Monitor performance, derive insights, and continually optimise content and influencer tactics.
- Deliver influencer partnerships, from seeding to paid campaigns, ensuring timely, on‑brand content and clear reporting.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, events, and production teams to amplify key moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee organic social channels and paid social initiatives.
- Create, edit, and publish short‑form video and other visual assets.
- Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with influencers and creators.
- Negotiate gifting, content delivery, usage rights, and performance metrics.
- Produce performance reports, highlighting ROAS, conversions, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate social coverage for PR and events before, during, and after key milestones.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of social media experience in beauty, luxury, or fashion.
- Proven success with both organic and paid social strategies.
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with short‑form platforms.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate ROAS, conversions, and platform metrics.
- Deep knowledge of content trends, aesthetics, and creator culture.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media, or analytics preferred.
