**Job Title** Senior Director, Global Partner Sales **Role Summary** Lead the global partner channel organization, building and scaling a high‑performance team of Partner Account Managers. Drive new‑logo acquisition and revenue growth worldwide, ensuring alignment between partner initiatives and corporate sales objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver aggressive new‑logo revenue targets across AMER and EMEA. - Build a scalable partner sales engine that consistently identifies, activates, and closes enterprise opportunities. - Cultivate a data‑driven, metrics‑focused culture that prioritizes accountability and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute the comprehensive Global Channel Sales Strategy. 2. Recruit, onboard, and manage a multi‑territory Partner Account Manager team (6+ years of proven scaling). 3. Create enablement and certification programs to ensure partner technical proficiency. 4. Identify, engage, and onboard strategic VARs, SIs, and distributors to fill geographic and expertise gaps. 5. Co‑sell and close new enterprise deals, establishing best practices and methodologies for partner success. 6. Conduct regular QBRs with internal leadership and partners, maintaining pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy. 7. Align partner programs with the direct sales organization, maintaining governance and operational consistency. **Required Skills** - 15+ years of B2B channel or partner sales experience in high‑growth technology/SaaS companies. - 6+ years of proven success managing and scaling a partner sales team across Americas and Europe. - Demonstrated ability to build a new‑logo focused channel sales engine. - Self‑starter, capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. - Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS markets, including DevOps, Cloud, and Security. - Strong data‑driven mindset with a history of creating a performance‑culture. - Technical aptitude for explaining DevSecOps and Cloud Native value propositions to partners. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. - Relevant sales or technical certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Cloud Provider, DevOps) are a plus.
