**Job title:** Global Head of Content Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead the global content marketing function for a leading AI and analytics firm. Own the editorial strategy, vision, and execution across all regions and markets, driving brand, category leadership, and demand generation.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver a high‑impact, scalable content program aligned with corporate goals.
- Demonstrate measurable results in awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Inspire and manage a distributed team of in‑house creators, agencies, and freelancers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and steer a unified global editorial strategy and calendar.
- Govern tone, messaging hierarchy, and editorial quality across platforms.
- Prioritize and produce high‑value assets (thought leadership, analyst POVs, customer stories, platform explainers, event content).
- Build and optimize content production models, integrating AI tools for speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field & Industry Marketing, PR, and Executives to align storytelling with campaigns and launches.
- Design and execute a customer storytelling program highlighting real‑world outcomes.
- Co‑lead the Marketing Communications Council to ensure consistency and maximum visibility.
- Provide content for ecosystem events, including keynotes, breakout topics, and thought leadership materials.
- Manage global content budget, agency retainers, and resource allocation.
- Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and refine strategy to maximize ROI.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years of B2B technology content marketing or corporate storytelling experience.
- Proven ability to create and scale a global editorial vision that establishes brand and category leadership.
- Strong leadership of multi‑disciplinary content teams and agency ecosystems.
- Expertise in executive‑level thought leadership, customer storytelling, and translation of technical concepts to business value.
- Advanced understanding of data, analytics, and AI industry trends.
- Experience with AI‑driven content creation, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong storytelling and editing capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
