**Job Title:** Machine Learning Engineer II **Role Summary:** Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced computer‑vision and deep‑learning models for real‑time sports analytics. Operate across cloud and edge environments to support large‑scale, low‑latency inference for athletes, coaches, and fans. **Expectations:** - Deliver production‑grade ML solutions that directly impact product value. - Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and product stakeholders. - Own end‑to‑end model lifecycle: data ingestion, training, optimization, deployment, and monitoring. - Demonstrate ability to scale solutions to thousands of concurrent sports matches. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and optimize neural network pipelines using PyTorch, TensorRT, and related libraries. - Implement MLOps workflows (automated retraining, drift detection, model registry) on Kubernetes and AWS. - Deploy models to edge devices (e.g., Nvidia Jetson) and cloud platforms with minimal latency. - Engineer GPU kernels and optimize inference performance with tools such as NSight, CUDNN, and TVM. - Monitor model performance, rollback/roll‑out models, and maintain uptime. - Translate technical trade-offs into clear communications for cross‑functional audiences. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in C++ and Python. - Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, PyTorch, and MLOps pipelines. - Knowledge of NVIDIA technologies: TensorRT, DeepStream/GStreamer, CUDA. - Cloud experience (AWS) including S3, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch. - Familiarity with video processing (FFMPEG, HLS, WebRTC) and real‑time systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts. - Demonstrated growth mindset and product‑centric delivery record. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute) are a plus but not mandatory.
