Key Responsibilities: - Respond to stakeholder queries regarding ID Pass scheme onboarding, access control, contract validation, and extensions. - Verify corporate eligibility and detect fraudulent attempts to join or modify passes. - Process data requests in line with GDPR and secure employee approval. - Generate reports using in‑house software on ID Pass activity and member usage. - Validate tools of the trade for restricted‑category items (e.g., firearms, ammunition). - Assess financial disputes related to ID Pass holders and authorised signatories. - Monitor ID usage data to identify non‑compliance, unauthorised or fraudulent activity. - Conduct compliance checks, issue passes, and manage revalidation and pass type recording per policy. - Support authorised signatories and nominated officers throughout their ID Pass journey. - Participate in projects, service transformation, and other initiatives to improve operations. - Assist with ad‑hoc activities such as ID applications, camera appointments, and reception duties. - Follow safe working practices and minimise risk to self, colleagues, and customers.
