**Job Title:** Partnership Insights Associate **Role Summary:** Support the Partnerships Strategy and Insights team by generating data‑driven insights, market research, and analytical reports to enable the sales organization to secure incremental sponsorship revenue for rights‑holders. **Expectations:** - Produce accurate, detail‑oriented analysis and insights. - Operate proactively and independently while collaborating across Operations, Sales, and regional teams. - Demonstrate strong work ethic, growth mindset, and client‑centric attitude. - Communicate findings clearly in written reports and presentations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify trends and opportunities in the sponsorship landscape; recommend prospecting strategies. - Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including market research, to inform sales conversations. - Create industry‑level and brand‑level sponsorship activity reports. - Develop compelling business cases and data‑backed propositions for prospective partners. - Collaborate with Operations and Sales on process touchpoints; track and report progress. - Contribute to strategic projects shaping rights‑holder sponsorship programs. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and research capabilities; ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, manipulation of large data sets). - Excellent written communication and report‑writing skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Proactive self‑starter with ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed. - Collaborative, client‑focused approach; comfortable working with cross‑functional and regional teams. - Growth mindset; receptive to feedback and continuous learning. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; strong academic performance and relevant extracurricular experience preferred.
