Job Title: Oracle ERP Automation Tester
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Oracle EPM (PBCS, FCCA, PCM) and Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) across UAT and SIT phases. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and UAT teams to define scope, prioritize automation, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Support manual testing by identifying automation opportunities, contribute to defect triage, and ensure all artefacts are documented and version‑controlled.
Expectations:
- Deliver complete automation coverage for Phase 1.1 UAT and subsequent SIT cycles (1.2, 2.0).
- Produce robust, reusable test components and libraries that improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment, proactively identifying and solving automation bottlenecks.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, influencing testing strategy and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead automation effort for Oracle EPM and ERP modules during UAT/SIT.
• Design, code, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Leapwork, OATS or equivalent.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and UAT teams to define automation scope and priorities.
• Create and manage test data, reusable components, and automation libraries.
• Participate in defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement of test coverage.
• Contribute to test strategy, planning, and documentation for upcoming SIT phases.
• Ensure automation artefacts are version‑controlled, documented, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills:
- Proven automation testing experience within Oracle ERP environments.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Leapwork, or Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).
- Ability to work autonomously in a UAT/SIT setting.
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (desired).
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM modules (PBCS, FCCA, PCM) adds advantage.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications in test automation or Oracle technologies (e.g., OATS, Selenium, iAutomation) preferred.
