**Role Summary**
Lead the analytics function for a fast‑growing AI‑driven B2B SaaS product. Own the end‑to‑end measurement of the self‑serve acquisition funnel, improve attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, and provide actionable insights that accelerate user activation, retention, and revenue growth.

- Maintain rigorous experiment design and reporting cadence to surface weekly performance flags.
- Operate with a high‑urgency, high‑agency mindset and influence cross‑functional teams through clear business storytelling.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Refine attribution, incrementality testing, and geo/media‑mix models to optimize channel spend.
- Build and maintain acquisition LTV models; ensure defensible CAC:LTV ratios.
- Design, execute, and analyze multi‑cell geo experiments and media‑mix‑modeling projects.
- Own weekly growth dashboards, performance reports, and executive briefings.
- Manage data pipelines and signal quality for paid media (Conversions API, audience segmentation).
- Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows.
- Leverage the growth stack (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Customer.io, Posthog, BigQuery, Metabase) and AI‑enhanced analytics tools.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years in acquisition or activation analytics, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Strong expertise in experiment design, CAC/LTV calculations, and business storytelling.
- Proficient in SQL; experience with R or Python is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record building LTV models and media‑mix/geo experiments from scratch.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced early‑stage environments (≤100 employees).
- Familiarity with growth/rev‑ops stack: paid media platforms, CRM (Customer.io), event analytics (Posthog), data warehousing (BigQuery), visualization (Metabase).
- High sense of urgency, intensity, and ownership.
- Optional: interest in LLMs, workflow automation, and AI agents.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) or relevant analytics certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Certified Business Analyst) preferred but not mandatory.
