Job title: Enterprise Solution Architect (Intacct & Paxus)
Role Summary: Design and implement AI-powered financial automation solutions that integrate Sage Intacct and Paxus for private‑equity fund operations. Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, data mapping, reconciliation, and documentation to align system data with business requirements.
Expactations: • Minimum 12 years of experience in Intacct and Paxus architecture, including 6 + years in enterprise AI solutions.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑enabled financial automation for private‑equity or asset‑management firms.
• Deep understanding of Sage Intacct data structures, APIs, chart of accounts, reporting hierarchies, and journal logic.
• Expertise in data mapping and reconciliation between Intacct, Paxus, and other financial systems.
• Knowledge of fund‑accounting concepts (capital calls, distributions, management fees, unrealized gains/losses, investor‑level accounting).
Key Responsibilities: • Architect AI solutions that streamline fund‑accounting workflows, leveraging Azure OpenAI GPT‑4/5 and embedding models.
• Define and document data lineage, process maps, and data dictionaries for Intacct/Paxus integration.
• Extract, analyze, and validate data via Intacct reports, exports, APIs, Excel, SQL, and BI tools to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deploy distributed systems and enterprise architecture solutions.
• Translate system data and technical requirements to accounting teams, ensuring business clarity.
Required Skills: • Sage Intacct architecture and API integration
• PAXUS framework and financial system reconciliation
• Fund accounting fundamentals (capital calls, distributions, fees, gains/losses)
• Data mapping, lineage, and dictionary creation
• SQL fundamentals, Excel, and BI/reporting tools
• Azure OpenAI (GPT‑4/5), embedding models, and Azure cloud services
• Python programming and distributed system design
• Enterprise architecture principles
• Claude Code or similar AI‑aided development tools
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Sage Intacct, Azure AI, or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
