Job Description
**Job Title:** Control System Engineer **Role Summary:** Seasoned Control System Engineer responsible for delivering full‑life‑cycle control system projects on a 6‑month contract basis, working on‑site in an office environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver project tasks within schedule and budget. - Apply extensive control systems expertise across all project phases. - Maintain compliance with client and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and configure control system hardware and software (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, SCADA). - Produce detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, schematics, and test plans. - Program, test, commission, and troubleshoot control systems on‑site. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate control solutions with mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines. - Provide technical support during installation, start‑up, and hand‑over. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations throughout the project. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 10 years experience as a Control System Engineer covering complete project life cycles. - Proven expertise in control system design, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and system integration. - Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic abilities. - Ability to work independently and within a team in an office setting. - Excellent technical documentation and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., PLC programming, functional safety, project management) are preferred but not mandatory.
