Job Description
**Job Title:** UX/UI Designer **Role Summary:** Creative, detail‑driven designer responsible for shaping seamless, user‑centred digital experiences across multiple consumer‑facing eCommerce websites. Works on high‑traffic platforms serving millions of European customers, delivering wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI while ensuring technical feasibility and brand consistency. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality UX/UI designs that improve user journeys and key performance indicators. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Collaborate effectively with product, development, and Agile teams. - Maintain design system components in Figma and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, prototype, and validate user journeys for several brands and markets. - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma. - Perform user research, interviews, and usability testing (e.g., Hotjar, GA4). - Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and adhere to HTML/CSS standards. - Contribute to sprint planning and delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment. **Required Skills:** - Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong commercial eCommerce portfolio. - Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping). - Experience with user research tools (Hotjar, GA4) and usability testing. - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front‑end frameworks. - Ability to optimize user journeys and improve KPI metrics. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools (Jira, ClickUp). - Strong visual design sensibility and adherence to brand guidelines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; demonstrable portfolio and relevant tool expertise are essential.
