Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Account Executive (Account Executive II – Programmatic) **Role Summary:** Manage and grow programmatic advertising accounts by delivering data‑driven insights, optimizing campaigns across demand‑side platforms (DSPs), and maintaining strong client relationships. The role is contract‑based (6+ months) with a hybrid work arrangement. **Expectations:** - Achieve client growth targets through consultative delivery of performance insights. - Meet all project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. - Communicate complex data clearly to both internal teams and external clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end‑to‑end programmatic campaign execution on DSPs and RTB platforms. - Analyze large data sets to extract actionable insights and report performance metrics. - Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders. - Maintain and expand client accounts through proactive account management. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure campaign success. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of the ad‑tech ecosystem, including DSPs and real‑time bidding. - Advanced analytical abilities; proficient in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation. - Proven consultative sales/relationship‑building experience. - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills. - Superior verbal and written communication and presentation capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred; relevant experience may substitute. - No specific certifications mandated, though certifications in programmatic advertising or data analytics are advantageous.
