Job Description

**Job title:** Jr. UX Designer **Role Summary:** Support senior designers in creating intuitive, engaging interfaces across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. Produce UI artifacts, adhere to usability standards, and contribute to establishing UI/UX processes and best practices. **Expectations:** - 12‑month contract with potential extension. - Work hybrid: onsite Tue‑Thu, remote Mon & Fri. - 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design user‑friendly UI for web and mobile apps under senior guidance. - Develop UI design documents to describe intended experience. - Apply usability, accessibility, and consistency best practices. - Maintain documentation and design support to preserve usability. - Research and stay updated on UX trends, methodologies, and innovations. - Conduct user research, task flow analysis, and usability testing. - Analyze user behavior data and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. - Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics. - Collaborate with business partners, developers, and stakeholders. - Advocate for end users, deeply understanding audience interaction. - Evangelize UX best practices and validate concepts with customers and teams. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years UI design experience. - Proficient in Figma. - Knowledge of JavaScript‑based application design. - Strong grasp of UX, usability, page layout, interface principles. - HTML/CSS proficiency and ability to optimize designs for web technologies. - Solid understanding of graphic design, typography. - Strong analytical, research, and data‑interpretation skills. - Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders. - Conceptual and problem‑solving abilities. - Adaptability to changing business and technical environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience. **Nice to Have:** - JavaScript, Node.js, or Vue.js development experience.
