Job Description

Job Title: 2026 Summer Investment Analyst Role Summary: Support senior investment team members in sourcing, evaluating, modeling, and executing credit‑focused asset‑oriented investments across the credit spectrum, including distressed and illiquid opportunities. Expectations: Demonstrate strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, self‑motivation, teamwork, ethical standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Build and refine financial models for transaction analysis. - Conduct research on potential deal opportunities; perform relative‑value analysis. - Draft and edit investment memoranda and related documentation. - Assist in transaction closing, capture post‑closing administrative tasks, and coordinate with Treasury and Operations. - Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA experience preferred). - Strong written communication skills. - Ability to perform data analysis, financial modeling, and transaction structuring. - Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working collaboratively. Required Education & Certifications: - Current bachelor’s student graduating in 2027 from a top university, preferably in finance, economics, engineering, or accounting. - 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or full‑time) in investment banking, leveraged finance, structuring, or trading is desirable.
