**Job Title:** ROC / System & Network Administrator (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Provide 24/7 operations support and remote/onsite administration for client infrastructures, ensuring service level agreements, security, and reliability. Monitor and manage servers, virtual environments, networks, and clouds while driving continuous improvement and incident resolution.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain high availability and security of client environments.
- Deliver efficient incident handling and proactive troubleshooting.
- Collaborate on upgrade, migration, and deployment projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and technical repositories.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise client infrastructures and pilot incidents as a ROC.
- Administrative upkeep of Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP), VMware/Hyper‑V virtual platforms, Veeam/cloud backups, and Zabbix monitoring.
- Diagnose and resolve recurring incidents; implement improvement actions.
- Enforce system hardening, patch management, and security alert monitoring.
- Configure networks: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, firewalls (Fortinet, Stormshield, WatchGuard), VPNs, QoS, Wi‑Fi.
- Manage Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, and associated backups.
- Utilize ITSM ticketing systems for incident and change management; track SLA compliance.
- Prepare root‑cause analysis reports and escalation documentation.
- Provide end‑user assistance when required.
**Required Skills:**
- Windows Server administration (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V.
- Backup solutions: Veeam, cloud backups, DR planning.
- Monitoring: Zabbix.
- Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching.
- Firewall/UTM configuration (Fortinet, Stormshield, WatchGuard).
- VPN site‑to‑site, mobile connectivity.
- QoS, enterprise Wi‑Fi.
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID.
- System hardening, patch management, security alert handling.
- ITSM ticketing, incident/ change management, SLA tracking.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent security/networking certs.
