Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Digital Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead complex, long‑term digital transformation projects for automotive OEMs and large retail clients. Own day‑to‑day project delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution, high‑quality outputs, and measurable business benefits. **Expectations** - Deliver scoped digital solutions that meet defined quality, cost, and time targets. - Drive continuous improvement and adoption of MotorK products post‑go‑live. - Maintain clear, proactive communication across client and cross‑functional internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Establish and document project scope and success criteria in collaboration with client, sales, and technical stakeholders. - Manage daily project activities: resource allocation, scheduling, risk & issue tracking, and status reporting. - Lead client onboarding and facilitate smooth transition from sales to implementation. - Ensure optimal product adoption and monitor usage/benefits, initiating alerts and actions to maximize ROI. - Capture and follow up on client enhancement requests and service requests. - Create and maintain best‑practice templates, policies, and tools for client engagement and internal progress monitoring. - Present project status to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations. **Required Skills** - Solid understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques. - Experience managing SaaS or automotive‑industry projects, ideally cross‑border or large Enterprise accounts. - Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills to stakeholders. - Proven ability to drive results, resolve issues decisively, and influence cross‑functional teams. - Bilingual fluency in French and English. - Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
