Job title: Associate Manager, Digital Consumer Marketing
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end full‑funnel digital marketing campaigns to grow subscription acquisition and consumer revenue. Execute campaign set‑up, quality assurance, measurement, and optimization across website, app, and digital platforms. Utilize data‑driven test‑and‑learn tactics and cross‑functional collaboration to maximize ROI and user experience.
Expectations:
- Own campaign execution from set‑up to QA for subscription and revenue initiatives.
- Measure, report, and budget daily performance, A/B tests, and KPI‑driven outcomes (acquisition, CVR, engagement, revenue).
- Drive data‑based testing: segmentation, price and paywall experiments, post‑purchase optimizations.
- Communicate performance metrics to stakeholders on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Partner with Creative, Editorial, Product, and Agency teams for asset management, brand consistency, and campaign launch.
- Maintain marketing calendars, stay current on competitive landscape, and recommend growth opportunities.
- Handle ad‑hoc analytical requests and support test strategy for brand tentpole moments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign set‑up, QA, and deployment across owned digital assets.
2. A/B testing strategy, execution, and analysis.
3. Budget tracking, performance reporting, and KPI monitoring.
4. Creative asset management and briefing.
5. Cross‑functional collaboration with Consumer Revenue, Product, Edit, Audience Development, Data Science, and Creative teams.
6. Calendar management for marketing operations and launch schedules.
7. Competitive analysis and opportunity identification.
Required Skills:
- 1‑3 years in digital, growth, or subscription marketing within publishing, advertising, e‑commerce, or retail.
- Knowledge of direct‑response tactics driving engagement and conversions.
- Strong analytical mindset; experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data‑driven decision making.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; team‑player with problem‑solving aptitude.
- Familiarity with CMS, marketing platforms, Google Suite, MS Office, and workflow tools (Workfront, Airtable, Basecamp).
Required Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (No specific certifications required.)
