**Job Title:** Business Analyst Automation Marketing
**Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end Adobe Campaign projects for a banking client, translating marketing strategy into functional specifications, designing and optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and driving performance improvements.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver comprehensive requirements, designs, and UAT plans for Adobe Campaign.
- Operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and auditability.
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and/or French with English proficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of Adobe Campaign requirements (workflows, dynamic content, data models, integrations).
- Design, configure, and optimize campaign workflows for performance, error handling, and scalability.
- Analyze campaign metrics (delivery, open, CTR, conversions) and recommend data‑driven enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical/functional issues with Adobe Campaign administrators and IT teams.
- Define and enforce data governance, opt‑in/opt‑out, GDPR, and financial‑services compliance.
- Map data synchronization rules between Adobe Campaign, CRM, DMP, and analytics tools.
- Serve as primary liaison among marketing, IT, and Adobe administrators; conduct workshops, demos, and training.
- Define UAT test cases and support user acceptance testing.
- Own project lifecycle: requirements gathering, traceability, impact analysis, deployment, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor Adobe Campaign updates, identify automation opportunities, and disseminate best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep functional expertise in Adobe Campaign (workflow design, campaign execution, performance analysis).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, legal).
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch/French/English.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing automation.
- Adobe Campaign certification (preferred but not mandatory).
