**Job Title**: Head of Marketing
**Role Summary**: Lead the B2B marketing function to drive brand positioning, high‑intent demand, and revenue growth. Integrate brand, performance, SEO, AI, and content across multi‑channel campaigns, events, and digital media, aligning closely with Sales and Product teams.
**Expectations**:
- Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution with measurable revenue impact.
- Build a data‑driven marketing organization that delivers KPI clarity (CAC, pipeline growth, attribution, conversion).
- Maintain brand consistency and elevate the sustainability narrative across key sectors.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team (creative, digital, ABM, events).
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing plan (brand, SEO, AI, performance).
2. Develop and sustain a predictable demand engine through analytics, attribution, and optimisation.
3. Oversee marketing technology stack, data pipelines, and reporting to drive ROI.
4. Produce integrated campaigns, ABM initiatives, paid media, and content across all digital channels.
5. Lead event strategy (flagship events, webinars, sector activations, speaker engagements).
6. Align marketing and sales activities to ensure lead quality, nurture pathways, and lifecycle performance.
7. Coach and grow a high‑performing marketing team.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven B2B marketing leadership delivering commercial growth (brand, SEO, paid media, AI optimisation).
- Expertise in analytics, attribution modelling, and data‑driven decision making.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and campaign measurement tools.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Commercial mindset: translate marketing efforts into revenue targets and organisational growth.
- Passion for sustainability, climate action, or purpose‑led business.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing, analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
