Growth Marketing Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, launch, and optimization of a demand engine to accelerate revenue growth in complex B2B physical industry markets. Execute integrated account‑based marketing (ABM), high‑impact field programs, and data‑driven digital campaigns while partnering closely with Sales to convert prospects into qualified pipeline.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable demand generation that fuels pipeline velocity and quality.
- Drive continuous experimentation, using data to allocate budget rapidly and abandon underperforming initiatives.
- Build scalable technology, processes, and a high‑performance team that supports year‑over‑year growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design and run multi‑tier ABM programs targeting physical‑industry C‑suite and operational leaders.
2. Own the demand waterfall: target‑account selection → engagement → sales‑hand‑off → opportunity creation.
3. Plan and execute executive roundtables, conferences, bootcamps, and other field events; manage pre‑ and post‑event engagement to mass‑generate pipeline.
4. Develop intent‑ and firmographic‑driven digital campaigns across web, email, social and paid channels.
5. Partner with Sales on account intelligence, target‑setting, progression metrics, and feedback loops.
6. Deploy, maintain, and expand the GTM technology stack (ABM platforms, data enrichment, marketing automation).
7. Measure key demand metrics, produce performance reports, and optimize spend allocation.
8. Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with business goals.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven ABM strategy and execution for enterprise B2B environments.
- Field‑marketing expertise: executive event planning, conference execution, customer program design.
- Proficiency with ABM and GTM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Marketo/Salesforce Pardot).
- Strong analytical ability: define metrics, analyze results, adjust budgets based on ROI.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and partnership with Sales teams.
- Project management skills: simultaneous campaign coordination, deadline adherence.
- Clear communication and presentation capability; ability to influence across leadership.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and client engagements.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in ABM, marketing automation, or data‑intelligence platforms preferred (e.g., Demandbase Certified, Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing).
