Job Description
**Job Title:** Client Onboarding Executive **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end client onboarding support within a financial services organization, ensuring regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, risk assessments), accurate documentation, effective CRM maintenance, and high‑quality client communication across investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders. **Expactations:** - Proactive and client‑focused approach. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Professional demeanor and flexible teamwork orientation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process new client applications. - Conduct AML/KYC checks. - Respond to enquiries about client applications. - Perform risk assessments on new clients. - Complete audits of processed applications. - Produce and verify client documentation. - Maintain and update the CRM system. - Liaise with clients, internal departments, and third parties. - Carry out general administrative duties. **Required Skills:** - 1 + year experience in a financial services administration role (investment/wealth management experience preferred). - Strong customer service skills and confidence at all professional levels. - High proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and IT literacy. - Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation of workload. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. - Professional appearance and proactive team player mentality. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific degree or certification required. - Entry‑level qualification acceptable; background in finance or related field preferred.
