**Job title:**
Data & AI Project Manager Consultant (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end data and artificial intelligence projects, from use‑case identification through development, testing, deployment, and user adoption. Act as the central coordinator between business units, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while fostering a data‑driven culture.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver innovative, business‑aligned AI solutions on time and within budget.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Anticipate and manage risks, proposing corrective actions proactively.
- Promote data‑and‑AI literacy across diverse audiences and champion change adoption.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pilot and coordinate Data/AI projects (use‑case definition, data processing, model fine‑tuning, deployment, user support).
- Design custom AI solutions (e.g., conversational agents) and oversee prototyping, development, and scaling.
- Industrialize AI models for cross‑functional reuse and economic viability.
- Provide expertise on Generative AI technologies (LLM, RAG, AI agents) and guide IT teams in scaling efforts.
- Facilitate ideation and co‑creation workshops; translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training, pedagogical tools, and communication plans to build a data/AI culture.
- Perform multi‑source data analysis, generate insights, and create dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
- Identify process and tool optimization opportunities based on data insights.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven project management of Data/AI initiatives with transformation focus.
- Strong analytical background; proficiency in data analysis, NLP, clustering, classification.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data architectures (Data Lake).
- Hands‑on knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents).
- Agile, complex, multicultural environment adaptability.
- Excellent synthesis, pedagogical, autonomous, and leadership abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Azure/AWS AI/ML certifications).
