Job Description
**Job title:** IT Support Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide on‑site and remote technical support for Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, Azure Entra ID/Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune MDM. Resolve hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and maintain system health to ensure continuous business operations. **Expactations:** - Deliver timely, first‑tier support for end‑users. - Escalate complex problems to senior teams with clear documentation. - Maintain accurate knowledge base entries and support tickets. - Participate in on‑call rotation as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and application issues. - Administer and support Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). - Manage user identities, group policies, and authentication in Azure Entra ID/Active Directory. - Configure, deploy, and maintain Intune MDM for mobile devices. - Conduct hardware and software inventory, and perform regular system updates. - Provide end‑user training and documentation for common tasks. **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems (desktop & server). - Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft 365 services. - Knowledge of Azure Entra ID/Active Directory administration. - Hands‑on experience with Intune Mobile Device Management. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (Event Viewer, PowerShell, Sysinternals). - Excellent communication, customer‑service orientation, and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent. - Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or related Microsoft certifications advantageous.
