Job Description
**Job Title:** Aerospace – International Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Accountable for achieving revenue and profit targets for aerospace product lines manufactured in Bourges and sold worldwide. Manages the full P&L, builds and deepens client relationships, and drives new business opportunities. Operates within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure market success. **Expectations:** - Deliver on assigned sales and profitability goals. - Maintain and grow key customer accounts. - Actively expand the customer base in international markets. - Provide accurate forecasting and timely financial reporting. - Travel internationally (including the United States) to meet clients and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own P&L for assigned product lines: revenue, margin, and cost control. - Lead sales strategy: offer development, positioning, and pricing plans. - Cultivate existing accounts and generate new business via sales managers. - Coordinate with operations to honor price and volume commitments. - Monitor customer performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. - Present financial and performance results to senior management. - Manage travel to meet client needs globally. **Required Skills:** - Strong P&L management and financial acumen. - Proven relationship‑building in B2B aerospace context. - Strategic thinking with execution focus. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. - Fluency in English (both written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (Technical BAC+5). - Minimum 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry. - Prior international sales experience. ---
