**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Lead acquisition sales for IT services, driving new logo and channel partner development while collaborating across sales, pre‑sales, marketing, and delivery functions. Report to Sales Director and own pipeline, KPI monitoring, and strategic go‑to‑market initiatives for targeted customer segments. **Expactations:** - Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for direct and indirect sales channels. - Meet or exceed set targets for new logos, partner acquisitions, and revenue growth. - Provide regular, data‑driven updates on pipeline health, win rates, and key metrics. - Generate actionable feedback to refine service offerings and sales strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, qualify, and close new customer opportunities across direct and indirect channels. - Develop and execute targeted go‑to‑market strategies for new customer segments. - Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and contract closure. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders in target accounts. - Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure aligned client acquisition programs. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics; share insights with the sales organization. - Provide strategic input into service offerings based on market intelligence and customer feedback. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in new business development or acquisition sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions. - Track record of successful selling across both direct and indirect sales channels. - Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities. - Relationship‑building prowess and capability to close complex deals. - Commercial acumen, results‑driven mindset, and proficiency in managing key performance indicators. - Ability to navigate and collaborate in a matrixed environment. - Bilingual: fluent French and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, technology, or related field. - Any professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, SPIN Selling) are a plus.
