Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Product Owner (Full‑Time, Indeterminate Contract) **Role Summary:** Drive the full lifecycle of data products by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into technical features, managing the backlog, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption. **Expectations:** - Master’s degree (Bac +5) or higher in business, engineering, or related field. - Significant experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in data‑centric environments. - Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and manage data product roadmap, scope, and project lifecycle. - Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements; translate into user stories. - Own backlog: write user stories, prioritize, and coordinate sprint planning. - Track KPIs and progress of development sprints. - Partner with engineering, architecture, and analytics teams to deliver solutions. - Champion change management: educate users on data tools and processes. **Required Skills:** - Product ownership and agile project management. - Knowledge of cloud architecture, data engineering, data governance, machine learning, and data visualization. - Strong communication, synthesis, and pedagogical skills. - Relational abilities to adapt technical depth for diverse audiences. - Analytical rigor and quick assimilation of client data needs. - Leadership to balance team collaboration with project objectives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school or engineering institute. - (Optional) Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP).
