**Job Title:** CRM & Loyalty Assistant – Internship (M/W)
**Role Summary:**
Assist the B2C/B2B CRM team in increasing customer lifetime value by managing and executing multi‑channel loyalty and retention campaigns. Focus on the ManoClub loyalty program, coordinating email, SMS, app push, and WhatsApp communications, analysing performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer journeys and loyalty features.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver timely, high‑quality CRM campaigns aligned with local market goals.
- Provide actionable insights from campaign data to drive optimization.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to launch new loyalty initiatives and CRM tools.
- Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, and strong stakeholder engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the ManoClub loyalty program across all channels.
2. Plan, schedule, and execute local market CRM campaigns (email, SMS, web push, app push, WhatsApp).
3. Design, test, and refine audience segments, messaging, and offers to maximize member engagement and retention.
4. Implement and optimize customer journeys, including ManoClub‑specific paths and retention funnels.
5. Monitor key KPIs (enrollment, active members, redemption, churn, ROI) and produce weekly/monthly reports.
6. Recommend and prototype new loyalty features, automation flows, and customer touchpoints.
7. Lead or support CRM projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and measurable impact.
8. Benchmark best practices, contribute to CRM tool and process improvements, and propose innovative retention strategies.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using Excel and data dashboards.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and customer lifecycle concepts.
- Ability to write clear, A/B‑testable copy for email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Project management skills: prioritise tasks, coordinate with Product, Tech, and Business teams.
- Curiosity toward metrics, testing, and iterative improvement.
- Excellent written and spoken French; good proficiency in English.
- Creative and innovative approach; self‑driven and collaborative.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current enrolment or recent graduation from a Business School, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- No specific industry certifications required, but knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Bubble, HubSpot) or digital marketing tools is a plus.
