**Job Title:** AI Delivery Lead **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end delivery and integration of an AI customer‑service platform for enterprise clients, driving measurable outcomes such as deflection, quality, and CSAT. Act as the primary technical liaison from pre‑sales through implementation, ensuring compliance, security, and responsible AI standards while shaping product roadmap through customer feedback. **Expactations:** - Own complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from discovery to rollout. - Deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks. - Demonstrate a customer‑obsessed mindset and drive quantifiable business value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project plans, timelines, and governance for AI platform deployments. - Conduct deep‑dive discovery to capture client objectives, requirements, and operational context. - Guide customers in tailoring AI agent capabilities and optimizing resolution rates. - Analyze performance data (e.g., using BigQuery, Omni) to monitor AI effectiveness and recommend improvements. - Serve as technical point of contact during pre‑sales, POCs, and legal/security due diligence. - Collaborate with internal AI, engineering, and sales teams; convey customer insights to inform product roadmap. - Build and refine scalable onboarding and implementation processes. - Ensure all solutions meet compliance, security, and responsible AI standards. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience delivering technical solutions in forward‑deployed, customer‑facing roles at high‑growth tech firms. - Strong project management abilities; able to own multi‑stakeholder initiatives end‑to‑end. - Technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery, Omni) and translating insights into action. - Excellent communication skills for technical and senior‑level audiences. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, create structure, and drive clarity. - Entrepreneurial problem‑solving mindset with a focus on pragmatic solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus but not mandatory.
