Job Description
**Job Title:** Commercial Business Intelligence Manager **Role Summary** Lead end-to-end sales process visibility and optimization for a hardware-enabled SaaS business, ensuring data-driven decision-making across revenue operations and marketing teams. **Expectations** - Quickly master business systems, processes, and CRM (HubSpot) to validate operations. - Implement cross-functional communication structures between Sales, Marketing, and CX teams. - Establish key business metrics and align data-driven strategies with senior leadership. - Drive revenue performance improvements through scalable process automation and sales process refinement. **Key Responsibilities** - Own revenue reporting, sales metrics, and analytics for the full sales lifecycle. - Develop dashboards and tools to enhance sales performance visibility and efficiency. - Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. - Train teams on workflows, pricing, customer agreements, and GTM technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Jira). - Define and refine go-to-market metrics, OKRs, and incentive models aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with CRO on objectives and performance indicators to optimize revenue outcomes. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in sales/revenue operations for SaaS/startups with $5M+ revenue. - Hands-on expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoom) and analytics tools (Jira, Slack). - Strong data analysis, process optimization, and automation implementation capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership. - Proficiency in integrating and configuring GTM tech stack. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related field. Experience with CRM configuration and integration preferred.
