**Job Title**
Senior Manager – Investor Relations
**Role Summary**
Deputy to the Head of Investor Relations, responsible for developing, executing, and enhancing the equity investor‑relations program. Acts as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and the executive team, communicating Rentokil Initial’s strategy, performance, and value proposition to the capital markets.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a world‑class equity IR strategy and execution across global markets.
- Build and maintain credibility with institutional investors, analysts, and the media.
- Provide insightful market intelligence and shareholder perspective to the C‑suite and Board.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Head of IR to craft and implement the equity IR strategy.
- Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and capital market events; be the main point of contact for investor and analyst inquiries.
- Prepare & deliver investor materials (capital market days, earnings releases, annual report, quarterly statements, Q&A documents).
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the company’s financial performance, strategy, and operations.
- Deliver regular analysis to the Executive Team and Board on share‑price dynamics, peer benchmarking, sector trends, and market expectations.
- Lead shareholder analysis, identify targeting opportunities, and optimise share register composition.
- Build and sustain relationships with sell‑side analysts; monitor, interpret, and feed back analyst research and market expectations.
**Required Skills**
- Strong financial acumen: advanced financial modelling, valuation, and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability (written and verbal).
- Advanced presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to work across all organizational levels, including CEO, CFO, and Global Leadership Team.
- Strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven relationship‑building skills with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- **Finance qualification**: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA (equivalent).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in in‑house equity IR or sell‑side analyst roles.
- Strong working knowledge of equity markets, corporate financials, share register analysis, and regulatory requirements.
