Mentor and support design staff and cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills:** - Extensive experience in design management within construction, preferably with a main contractor. - Full design lifecycle management from tender to completion. - Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, buildability, and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other design/project management tools. - Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management abilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder coordination. - Collaborative mindset and solution‑oriented approach. - Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. - Chartered status (RIBA, CIOB, ICE, CIAT) or working towards accreditation is desirable. - Experience managing design outputs on projects £20 m+ and familiarity with BIM and CDM regulations.

Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Fixed Term Contract **Role Summary** Lead and manage refurbishment, new installation, and minor projects valued at £25 k–£1 m. Responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, including planning, tendering, resource control, health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance, and client communication. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on‑time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards. - Effectively lead site staff and subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. - Provide clear, concise progress reports and minutes to clients and senior management. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Oversee all site staff and manage project resources. 2. Plan and programme projects, using MS Project for scheduling. 3. Tender projects from inception to completion, securing cost‑effective contracts. 4. Ensure compliance with company procedures, CDM regulations, health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. 5. Control project costs, monitor budgets, and manage financial performance. 6. Chair project progress and sub‑contractor meetings; document minutes and action items. 7. Liaise with clients, designers, and senior management on project matters. 8. Compile and submit operation & maintenance manuals upon project completion. 9.
