**Job Title:** SAP Senior Engagement Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads and manages multiple SAP platform engagements for public‑sector projects, acting as the primary client liaison and overseeing project governance, financial performance, resource allocation, and technical delivery to ensure successful, on‑time, and on‑budget outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout SAP delivery.
- Define scope, objectives, SOWs, and deliverables with clients and technical teams.
- Maintain project plans, status reporting, risk registers, and governance structures.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across business units.
- Oversee engagement financials, forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
- Ensure quality assurance, UAT, change management, and post‑launch support.
- Mentor and coach team members to drive performance and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate resource onboarding, allocation, and performance management.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, retrospectives, and lessons‑learned sessions.
- Manage risks, issues, scope changes, costs, and timelines.
- Produce KPI and outcome reports for senior leadership.
- Support both Time‑and‑Materials and Fixed‑Price contracts.
- Facilitate quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and post‑implementation support.
- Champion adoption and change‑management initiatives to maximize platform value.
**Required Skills:**
- Extensive experience managing SAP or large‑scale enterprise platform engagements.
- Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and consulting abilities.
- Financial and commercial management expertise, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, custom solutions) and third‑party integrations.
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration strategies.
- Knowledge of data management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform operations.
- Awareness of emerging technologies (AI/ML).
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- SC (Security Check) eligibility required.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master).
- Relevant SAP certification(s) advantageous but not mandatory.
