Braze Campaign Manager
**Role Summary**
Execute and optimize data‑driven digital marketing programs using the Braze Customer Engagement Platform. Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, ensure quality assurance, and collaborate with creative, technical, legal, and operational teams to drive timely, high‑impact customer engagements.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, on‑schedule campaigns with zero critical errors.
- Apply data insights to continuously improve segmentation, targeting, and performance.
- Serve as the Braze subject‑matter expert and support cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and launch Braze canvases, including targeting logic, timing, Connected Content, segmentation, and eligibility rules.
- Conduct thorough pre‑deployment QA and post‑launch monitoring.
- Analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimization actions.
- Coordinate with creative, QA, legal, translation, AEM, and technical teams to ensure error‑free execution.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to streamline campaign operations.
- Document processes, share knowledge, and mentor team members on Braze best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Strong hands‑on experience with Braze (campaign setup, configuration, QA).
- Deep understanding of data‑driven marketing: segmentation, attributes, eligibility logic, list‑based targeting.
- Proficiency in content and campaign management, marketing operations, and process optimization.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent organizational, detail‑orientation, and workflow management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset across multi‑disciplinary teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Braze certification or equivalent platform‑specific training preferred.
