Job Title: Biomass Operations Technician (F/M) Role Summary Operate and maintain biomass and gas boiler plants, ensuring efficient energy performance and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety standards. Produce technical reports, traceability logs, and regular GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) reporting to management, while handling client relations and troubleshooting incidents. Expectations - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational role on biomass or combined heat and power systems. - Strong teamwork, communication, and autonomy in executing maintenance tasks. - Strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory obligations. - Ability to manage on‑call/astreinte duties as required.
