Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Role Summary:
Lead design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications and integrations. Drive end‑to‑end solutions involving scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, and UI Builder to support Customer Service Management (CSM) and advanced automation features such as NowAssist and AgenticAI.
Expectations:
- Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS/React, and ServiceNow scripting patterns.
- Strong command over Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal components.
- Experience with CSM implementations and AI‑powered features (NowAssist, AgenticAI) preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clean, optimized code and adhere to platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and API integrations.
- Create and enhance Service Portal widgets, catalog items, and workflows.
- Use UI Builder to design modern, scalable interfaces.
- Support CSM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Explore and implement NowAssist and AgenticAI capabilities.
- Ensure coding standards, performance, and platform best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow scripting (Server, Client, UI Actions, UI Policies).
- Service Portal and UI Builder development.
- Flow Designer and IntegrationHub integration (REST, SOAP).
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS/React.
- ACL, Service Catalog, reporting, dashboards.
- Agile/Scrum working practices.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) – preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
- Relevant experience in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.
