Delivery Executive (Director level)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex re‑insurance and insurance solutions for key French clients. Own project lifecycle, client relationships, financial and regulatory oversight, and cross‑functional coordination. Represent delivery in governance, sales, and presales to grow business within the insurance domain.
**Expactations**
- Deliver projects/programs on time, within scope, and according to EPAM processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and mitigate engagement risks.
- Actively contribute to business development and presales activities in the insurance space.
- Lead large‑scale engagements with over 100 FTEs, ensuring quality and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage complete project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and post‑delivery support.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, proposals, and statements of work.
- Coordinate multiple activity streams with nearshore/offshore teams (product owners, architects, engineers, QA).
- Own financial accountability: budgeting, cost control, sourcing, and contractual terms (T&M, Fixed Price, etc.).
- Represent delivery in project, program, and governance meetings.
- Identify and address client issues, engagement risks, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead retrospective sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive AI/GenAI integration assessments, evaluating impact on scope, timeline, resources, and ethics.
- Contribute to sales/growth initiatives within the insurance domain.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years delivering re‑insurance/insurance IT projects.
- Proven management of large‑scale engagements (>100 FTEs).
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, and software architecture principles.
- Experience with various engagement models (T&M, FP, Fixed Terms).
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, data requirements, ethical implications, biases, and privacy.
- Ability to evaluate AI/GenAI impact on project scope, schedule, resources, and risk.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French required.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team‑building capabilities across multidisciplinary, multi‑regional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile (Scrum Master/DSDM) or equivalent project management certifications preferred.
- Certifications in Insurance or Re‑insurance domain (e.g., CIOM, SPC) a plus.
