Job Description

**Job Title:** Solutions Architect (Contract) **Role Summary:** Seasoned Solutions Architect to provide consultancy across B2B and B2C sectors, reviewing client technology strategies, architectures, and SDLC processes. Deliver actionable guidance, risk mitigation, and optimization recommendations while interfacing with senior stakeholders and supporting sales initiatives. **Expectations:** - Conduct comprehensive assessments of applications, infrastructure, and data flows. - Produce detailed reports with best‑practice recommendations and risk analysis. - Influence technical decisions to align with business objectives. - Collaborate with internal sales, product, and delivery teams and contribute to proposal development. - Maintain professional client relationships throughout a minimum 4‑week engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead reviews of client applications, technology, and product strategy. - Analyze architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and cloud deployments. - Advise on SDLC methodology, governance, security, and technology stack choices. - Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear, actionable formats. - Support sales pitches by providing technical expertise and identifying value‑add services. - Foster effective internal collaboration with sales, technical, product, and delivery teams. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in software, application, or enterprise architecture. - Hands‑on experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud‑based solutions. - Proficiency with multiple programming languages and technology stacks. - Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences. - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; capable of influencing senior stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant architecture or cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred but not mandatory.
