Job Description
**Job Title:** Full‑Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end fintech applications, delivering secure, high‑performance user interfaces and backend services. Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate user needs into reliable, scalable solutions in a regulated environment. **Expectations:** - Own feature development from UI design through API implementation. - Ensure code quality, system reliability, and compliance with security/privacy standards. - Balance rapid iteration with technical rigor. - Contribute to DevOps, testing, observability, and deployment best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build responsive, accessible front‑end experiences (React/React Native, TypeScript). - Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript). - Design and query relational databases (PostgreSQL). - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS ECS, RDS, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. - Integrate with banking, authentication, and compliance systems. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to align technical solutions with product goals. - Drive continuous improvement in codebase, developer experience, and system performance. **Required Skills:** - Strong full‑stack fundamentals (frontend + backend). - Proficiency in TypeScript, React (or similar), Node.js/NestJS. - Experience with PostgreSQL and REST/GraphQL API design. - Knowledge of AWS services, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. - Understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy, preferably in fintech or regulated sectors. - Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize user experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer/Architect) are a plus but not mandatory.
